Anyone who has already been to this beach knows that the sunsets here are magnificent. The huge Três Irmãos Beach is located on long, wide sand bar. Its dunes are home to several species of birds, micro-mammals, reptiles and many insects.
Along the seafront, you can see many delicate plants, including sand couch-grass, alfalfa and eye-catching sea daffodils.
To the eastern end of Três Irmãos Beach, deeply-sculpted cliffs rise up out of the sands, with rocky outcrops extending into the sea.
At low tide you can walk across to Prainha Beach but you need to be very careful going through the bays and chasms.
