Manuel Teixeira Gomes Square
Manuel Teixeira Gomes Square is where the Visconde de Bivar Gardens are located. It was named after Manuel Teixeira Gomes in recognition of the fact that he was responsible for Vila Nova de Portimão becoming a city and because he always praised the place in his writing.
